Celebrating 10 Years of All About The Face in Rainhill, Liverpool and Introducing Our New Hair and Beauty Collective

A New Chapter for All About The Face

As we approach a very special milestone this June—our 10-year anniversary—it feels like the perfect time to embrace a new chapter and share some exciting changes for the future of the salon.

Over the last decade, this business has continually evolved. We've adapted, expanded, refined our services and grown alongside our wonderful clients. Looking back, it's incredible to see how far we've come, and in many ways, it feels as though we're coming full circle.

With that in mind, we're delighted to introduce our new name:

Welcome to All About The Face: Hair and Beauty Collective

This rebrand reflects not only where we are today, but also the collaborative environment we have built over the years. Our salon has always been about bringing talented professionals together under one roof to offer exceptional hair and beauty services, and our new identity celebrates exactly that.

Supporting Independent Businesses

One of the biggest changes taking place is our move towards a collective of talented professionals, allowing our team members to continue growing their individual careers while remaining an important part of our salon family.

Since moving to self-employed status, Tegan and Leah have had an incredible first month and are both doing exceptionally well. We're so proud of the positive start they've made and grateful for the continued support they've received from their clients.

Hannah is now preparing for her launch in July, and we're excited to see her begin this next chapter.

Michelle will remain employed with the salon for the next few months, and we'll keep clients updated should anything change in the future!

For clients of Andrea, Paula and Amy, it remains very much business as usual, with little to no changes to appointments or services.

We're also pleased to welcome Rosanna back into the salon two Mondays each month, where she specialises in facial treatments.

What Does This Mean for Clients?

The good news is that very little will change from a client perspective.

You'll still be able to visit your preferred stylist or therapist and receive the same warm welcome you've always experienced.

Our salon telephone number remains the same, and you can continue to contact us on 0151 426 2162 for bookings and enquiries.

When it comes to booking appointments, we're keeping the same booking system that clients are already familiar with. However, each team member now has their own dedicated booking section within the system, making it simple to book directly with your chosen stylist or therapist.

You'll find links to each individual's booking page on their social media profiles and on our website, giving you quick and easy access whenever you need to make an appointment.

Appointments can also continue to be arranged through the salon directly, via our social media channels, or by contacting your stylist or beauty therapist personally if preferred.

As always, our focus remains on providing the same high standards of service, expertise and care that you've come to expect from us.

Returning to What We Do Best

Alongside these operational changes, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on the direction of the salon and my own work.

The hair and beauty industry has changed dramatically over the past decade. There is constant pressure to introduce new treatments, follow every emerging trend and continually reinvent yourself. While innovation can be exciting, it can also create noise and confusion—for both professionals and clients.

Over the years, our treatment menu has grown significantly. We've added services, expanded our offerings and explored new opportunities. But when I look back at what clients consistently return for, it's always the same core treatments that remain the most loved and requested.

That realisation has inspired me to simplify.

Moving forward, I'll be streamlining and condensing my treatment menu to make booking simpler, clearer and more intuitive. More importantly, I'll be refocusing on the area that has always been at the very heart of this business.

Bringing things back to what the name over the door has said all along.

All About The Face.

As we celebrate ten years in business, I want to thank every client who has supported us throughout this journey. Your loyalty, trust and continued support have allowed this salon to grow into what it is today.

We're incredibly excited for this next chapter and look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces into All About The Face: Hair and Beauty Collective for many years to come.
